Soft Natural: HOT DAMN, THEY FINALLY MADE US A BLAZER.

Waterfall blazers have been our go-to for ages, but they'll never be quite as formal as one with a crisply notched lapel. Waterfall blazers may be what you wear on the job, but this is the one you wear to the interview.

Boxy cropped blazer in stretch fabric for the Kibbe Soft Natural

Black for Dark Autumn, Bright Spring or any Winter,

Tan Cartouche for Light Spring,

Purple Puff for Soft Summer,

Ivory Dove for True Summer.

Why does this work? I have a Gen Z client to thank for pointing this out to me - the cropped, boxy top is actually a great look for Soft Naturals! The boxiness means it's kind of roomy and flowy, which we like, and the cropped length gives us that waist emphasis we need to keep from drowning.

More good points: it's open instead of fastened, in a soft fabric (possibly stretchy?), with roomy shoulders.

My one concern - because I haven't tried this one - is that the wider shoulders could make your head look small. If that was the case, and I still loved it, I would wear my hair down with larger earrings to balance it out.

You'll want to pair these with high-rise pants, which are more flattering anyway after a baby or three. Ask me how I know ;)
