This type of shoulder is so flattering on the Dramatic Classic woman: sleeveless, but not a tank top; the shoulder line extends all the way out to the edge of the arm. A Soft Classic would be interested in this piece but ultimately decide that the shoulders are too strong for her.
The fabric is also excellent for this type - it's stiffer, it has some heft to it. Dramatic Classics are better off with a more structured fabric instead of the stretchy thin stuff that crowds the stores right now. Does this make for more expensive shopping? Undoubtedly. On the plus side, higher-quality clothing contributes to a higher-quality appearance (and lasts longer!)
